 Saxuette

In 1997 Robert van Laar and Fred van den Broek started the saxophone duo Saxuette. They presented themselves with the slogan: "Music by 2 gentlemen with 5 saxophones".
They perform their music at receptions, in churches and several other occasions. In the year 2000 and 2005 they organised succesful concerts at the St. Aegtenkapel in Amersfoort.
Saxuette plays a broad range of music; from Classic to KLezmer and Jazz.
Robert plays the Alto-, Tenor- and Baritone saxophone while Fred plays the Soprano- and Alto saxophone. Because of the five different sounds from the five different saxophones the listener never gets bored.
